When to Refer to the Obesity Clinic:
Refer patients who meet any of the following criteria:

BMI ≥ 95th percentile (Obesity):
Appropriate for lifestyle interventions and evaluation of possible gastrointestinal comorbidities. -
BMI ≥ 120% of the 95th percentile (Severe Obesity):
For specialized care, including pharmacotherapy options or bariatric screening. -
Any weight-related gastrointestinal concerns, such as:
